Full name and identity (via itsme®)
Contact information (email, phone, etc.)
Professional or academic status
Submitted project files and descriptions
Navigation data (cookies and analytics, see section 6)

Purposes:

To verify participant identity and eligibility
To manage submissions and jury evaluations
To showcase selected projects on the platform
To ensure proper material traceability and recycling
To communicate with participants about the competition

Your data is securely stored and only accessible to authorized members of the TRY AGAIN? organizing team and its verified partners. We use technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We retain your data for up to 12 months after the competition ends, unless you give explicit consent for continued collaboration or showcasing. You can request deletion at any time (see section 5).

If your project is selected, certain public information (name, discipline, title of project) may be shared on our platform or in related communications — with your consent.
