Initiative founders
Impact Valley is a social innovation and sustainable transformation agency founded in 2017 to train, support, and engage people in the ecological and social transition of their organizations through engagement programs.Impact Valley relies on the 4D innovation methodology (DISCOVER, DESIGN, DEFINE, DEVELOP), inspired by “Design Thinking” and “Lean Startup” approaches.
This methodology enables the evaluation of sustainability challenges and potential impact, the co-creation of new value propositions by bringing together diverse stakeholders and expertise, the development of a viable business model for the proposed solution, and the generation of a solution prototype.
Impact Valley has facilitated over 120 sustainable projects for more than 50 major private and public organizations in Belgium and across Europe.
Building on its expertise, Impact Valley will ensure the project’s continuous co-construction and improvement, overall project management, coordination of the competition, deployment of the platform, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.
